In April 2024, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) and the Faculty of Economics, Business, and Humanities (FEBH) jointly organized a religious worship event at Universitas Kristen Wira Wacana Sumba. The event, held on April 26th from 10:00 to 11:30, took place in Room A.1.5. A total of 28 faculty members and staff from both faculties attended.

The worship recipients for this period were Mr. Osfred Umbu Djaji, S.E, M.M., and Mr Eky Dapamudang, S.E. ., with Mrs. Vidriana Oktoviana Bano, S.Si, M.Pd., serving as the speaker and Fitria Dwi Febrianti, S.M., M.M., as the liturgist. The theme for April’s worship was “Kebangkitan Kristus yang berSiNAR” inspired by passages from Luke 24:13-35.

During the event, attendees contemplated three reflective questions:

1. What is the purpose of your life?

2. What significance does Christ’s resurrection hold for your life?

3. How do the teachings from today’s reading resonate with your experiences and those of others?

The worship sought to delve into the deeper meaning of life and the transformative power of Christ’s resurrection, offering attendees an opportunity for introspection and spiritual growth.
